
Pea soup with smoked chicken

Peas need to be soaked in water beforehand and left overnight. Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Separate the meat from the smoked chicken bones and cut it into cubes of the same size as the potatoes.

Soaked peas are covered with fresh water (discard the old water) and cooked for 40 minutes.
