Lamb and pea soup
Description
I hesitated for a long time before trying this recipe for pea soup with lamb. I never liked the taste of lamb meat. But they say for a reason that lamb makes the most delicious pilaf and soups—basically, everything made with broth. Indeed, this soup turns out extremely tasty! I highly recommend it. Ladle into bowls and serve.
