Pea soup with smoked ribs
Description
I love cooking soup with pork ribs. That's why I cook it in water, since the ribs are fatty and make the broth rich. Look, the soup is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Turn on the "Bake" or "Sauté" mode on the multicooker. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Chop the onion into cubes. Place it in the multicooker and sauté until translucent.
- 2
Step 2

Meanwhile, grate the carrot on a grater. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Add the carrot to the onion, mix well. Let the mixture brown.
- 3
Step 3

Then place the potatoes on the ready sauté.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the ribs into pieces. Place them on top of the potatoes. Add the washed peas. Salt to taste. If the ribs are already salty, I don't recommend adding too much salt, or you might overdo it.
- 5
Step 5

Pour in 1.5 liters of water or broth. Set the "Stewing" mode for one and a half hours.
- 6
Step 6

I poured the liquid up to the 6 mark. If you want a thicker soup, reduce the amount of water, and vice versa.
- 7
Step 7

After the sound signal, the soup is ready. Serve the finished pea soup with smoked ribs with fresh herbs and croutons.
