Beef and pea soup
Description
The main part of the time is spent preparing the beef and peas; besides them, the dish includes onion, carrot, and potato. The dish is very simple to prepare and turns out rich and filling. I always serve it hot, accompanied by homemade croutons. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
