Pea soup puree in a multicooker

Description

Hearty and aromatic soup. Split pea soup puree made in a multicooker turns out rich and exceptionally delicious. Peas are very nutritious, and dishes made from them are filling. Therefore, if you exclude bacon from the recipe, you get a diet-friendly yet satisfying soup. And if you're not concerned about calories, besides bacon, you can also add potatoes to the split pea soup puree in the multicooker. But I prefer this version. When serving, I sprinkle the soup with fresh herbs, add croutons, and a small amount of cream or sour cream. Serve with herbs and sour cream.
