
Dutch tomato soup
Description
A hearty first course. This soup is prepared with a variety of spices that give it a piquant and unique flavor. For the meat, veal mince works best. The soup is ready to serve.

1. First, take a 3-liter pot, fill it with water, and place it on the stove. While the water is coming to a boil, peel the onion and cut it in half. When the water boils, add the halved onion to the pot. Add broth and cook the onion for about twenty minutes.

2. While the broth is cooking, let's prepare the meatballs. You need to make the minced meat and then shape it into small meatballs.

3. Now, using a skimmer, remove the onions from the pot and add the meatballs. Slice the carrots into rounds; if the carrots are large, cut the rounds in half. Add everything to the meatballs.

4. Prepare the tomatoes. Cut them into wedges, then cut each wedge in half. Add all to the soup. Mix well. Add a little tomato paste.

5. Now add the vermicelli here. Cook the soup until fully done.

6. At the very end of cooking, add bay leaf and spices. You can also add cloves here, which will give our soup a pleasant aroma. The soup is ready. Remove it from the heat and serve. First pour cream into the bowl, then add the soup.
