The ingredients for this salad are simple, but the salad itself looks like a work of art and will undoubtedly enhance any festive table. You'll spend very little time and effort, yet the dish will impress your guests with both its appearance and taste.

Peel a medium-sized potato, wash and dry it. Then slice it into thin strips using a Korean carrot shredder.

And fry on a well-heated skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown. Cook in two stages; you should end up with two such grilled patties.

Slice the fresh or pickled cucumber into thin strips.

Cut the chicken meat into strips of the same size.

And slice the egg white from the chicken egg.

Mix the chopped meat, cucumber, Korean-style carrot, and egg white with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the yolk with finely grated cheese, chopped dill, and mayonnaise. Add minced garlic as well.

And from the resulting mixture, shape small eggs.

Let's proceed to assembling the nest. Place half of the fried potatoes on a plate as the first layer, then put the salad on top.
