Description

A hearty and aromatic soup. Be sure to chill gazpacho before serving or add ice cubes. You can use parsley, cilantro, or basil for the herbs. If desired, serve with rye croutons. If the gazpacho tastes too sour, add a little sugar. Serve the soup hot.
