Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. It's a cold, fast-cooking soup. Just blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Let the soup chill in the refrigerator for a little while, so it becomes aromatic with a bright, rich flavor. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into large pieces. Place them in a food processor.
