    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes. Immerse them in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse under cold water. Peel the tomatoes, then cut them into cubes.

    Squeeze juice from lemon or lime. I use a mixture of lemon and lime juice.

    Peel the cucumber and slice it. Remove the seeds and stem from the bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it. Cut the onion into cubes as well.
