
Watermelon Gazpacho

Hearty and aromatic soup. This cold summer soup will be a real lifesaver on hot summer days. The combination of ingredients is quite unexpected, but the result will definitely meet all your expectations! The entire active preparation will take no more than 15 minutes, but I recommend chilling the gazpacho for 1-2 hours before serving.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the vegetables, dry them, and peel. Cut the watermelon flesh and remove the seeds.

2. Place all the ingredients into the blender bowl. Add a handful of basil, some ginger, salt, pepper, vinegar, and lime juice.

4. When serving watermelon gazpacho, it can be garnished with finely chopped pieces of vegetables or watermelon, and crushed herbs.
