Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Traditionally, gazpacho is a cold Spanish soup made with tomatoes. It's somewhat similar to the Russian okroshka. You can make it with melon or peaches, and mix in fresh vegetables along with white bread. It's best to use purple onion or shallots. Pour into bowls and serve.
