
Meatballs in soup
Description
Hearty first course. To keep the broth from becoming cloudy, I want to share my method with you. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Step 1

1. Place the ground meat into a deep bowl. In this case, it's beef, but you can use any other meat. Add an egg and a little salt to taste. You can also season the meat with pepper.

2. Pour in approximately 4-5 teaspoons of cold clean water.

3. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

4. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil. Pinch off small portions of the meat mixture and shape them into balls.

5. Place them in boiling water.

6. After the broth comes to a boil again and the meatballs rise to the surface, cook them for 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Then carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.

7. Strain the broth several times and bring it to a boil again. Add the remaining soup ingredients and cook until almost done. Then add the meatballs to the pot.
