French beet salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The base of the salad is vegetables, with beetroot as the main ingredient, providing a slightly sweet note and pleasant flavor. We'll also add cucumbers, cabbage, peppers, cheese, and chicken. Mayonnaise can be replaced with any sauce. The unique feature of this salad is that it's arranged in small mounds. Serve the salad for lunch or dinner, or simply as a festive dish. It can be served immediately.

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil the beet in advance and let it cool, then peel it. Next, cut the beet into small strips. Rinse the Chinese cabbage and slice it into strips, then place it in small piles next to the beet.

Rinse the cucumber, dry it, cut into strips, place in a separate pile next to the beet.

Remove seeds from sweet peppers and cut them into strips. Cut hard cheese into strips and arrange together with the peppers on a plate.

Add chicken, cut into strips, to the salad.
