French onion soup with croutons
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Onions are rarely the star of a dish, but they're indispensable. In this recipe, they're the main ingredient, around which all the other components revolve. You can fry croutons in a pan and serve them alongside the dish or place them directly on the plate. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
