
French pea soup

Tie the herbs together.

Soak the peas for at least 90 minutes, or preferably overnight. Change the water as soon as it becomes cloudy.

Peel the onion and garlic. Attach 2 bay leaves to one onion using cloves (do not chop the onion). Slice the leek.
