Bean soup in a pressure cooker
Description
A hearty first course. A bit about the benefits of beans: red beans are a rich source of dietary fiber. Fiber provides a feeling of fullness, protects against malignant tumors, stabilizes blood sugar levels, and helps eliminate toxins from the body. Beans provide energy that the body uses gradually—these calories don't lead to weight gain. Are you convinced that you should include beans in your diet? Then I have an excellent recipe for bean soup cooked in a pressure cooker. Serve hot in bowls and enjoy.
