Bean soup on meat broth
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for bean soup made with meat broth. Cook the pre-soaked beans until tender. Prepare a rich meat broth. Boil the potatoes separately, then mash them slightly with a fork and add to the meat broth. Meanwhile, sauté onions, carrots, and tomato paste to make a roux. Add the roux to the soup, along with the beans, bay leaf, and spices. Bring the soup to full readiness, remove from heat, and let it steep for a while. Good luck. Ladle into bowls and serve.
