
Bean soup on chicken broth
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a simple recipe for bean soup in chicken broth. First, prepare the sauté. Fry onion in a pan, then add ginger, carrot, and pumpkin. Next, add tomato paste and simmer for a few more minutes. Add celery cubes to the boiling broth, and after 7–8 minutes, add the sauté and beans. Bring the soup to a boil, then remove from heat. Sauté chopped onion in vegetable oil until translucent. Then add grated ginger, carrots, and diced pumpkin. Sauté for 5 minutes, add tomato paste and mix well. Simmer covered for another 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt to taste.
