Two festive salads in 10 minutes
Description
The beauty of salads like these is that you don't have to stick strictly to any specific ingredient: you can substitute the fish with pan-fried chicken breast, use chicken eggs instead of quail eggs, and choose basil or cilantro for the greens. Additionally, I recommend experimenting with croutons, which you can use to garnish the finished dish. Each of these salads can be served either in a large salad bowl or in individual portions in small bowls or glasses.
