Rinse the chicken breast, then cover with cold water and place over heat to boil. After boiling, cook for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste and bay leaf.

Sort the buckwheat. Then toast it in a skillet until it starts to crackle, stirring constantly.

Cut the potatoes into cubes. When the meat is almost ready, add the potatoes to the broth.

The broth with potatoes begins to boil, immediately add the buckwheat. Stir and cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until translucent.

Add the carrots and lightly sauté. At the end, add the sautéed mixture to the soup, stir, and remove from heat. Let the soup steep, covered, for 10 minutes.
