Grind the chicken fillet in a blender or through a meat grinder together with half an onion and one garlic clove. Add a pinch of salt and nutmeg, mix well. You can also add a little ground pepper. Peel the carrot and slice it thinly. Slice the white part of the leek into rings.

Form small meatballs from the minced meat.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, in which you will cook the soup, and lightly sauté the onion with the carrot for about 3 minutes.

Add a liter of water to the pot with the sautéed vegetables and, when it boils, drop in the meatballs. Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Now add green peas (fresh or frozen). Cook for another 3-4 minutes, then remove the soup from the heat. You can add some fresh herbs—then serve.
