Dietary mushroom soup with champignons
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Dietetic soups have firmly entered the daily diet of many people and provide invaluable benefits to our body. There are countless recipes and ingredients for such soups. I suggest a mushroom version of this soup, made with ordinary traditional mushrooms—champignons, which, by the way, contain the same amino acids as milk. This recipe is very simple and accessible even for beginner cooks. Serve the soup hot.
