Description
The recipe won't take much time. For a diet kvass soup, you'll only need fresh cucumbers and boiled eggs. Add chopped fresh dill for flavor. Kvass soup without potatoes turns out tasty, diet-friendly, and nutritious.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil chicken eggs in advance until hard, cool them down, and peel. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes for okroshka.

Cut fresh cucumbers into cubes.

Finely chop fresh dill.

Mix the chopped eggs, cucumbers, and dill in a deep container.

Salt to taste and mix.

Pour all the ingredients with kefir and cold mineral water. You can use either sparkling or still water. Mix the okroshka, and the dish is ready.
