Prepare all the ingredients. Pre-cook the pork for 40 minutes, then let it cool in the broth. To make the meat more flavorful, add salt, pepper, onion, carrot, bay leaf, and parsley root to the pot during cooking.

Peel and rinse the onion, then slice it into half-rings. Transfer the onion to a bowl, add vinegar and water, salt and pepper, sugar. Mix well and marinate the onion for 15 minutes. Then drain the vinegar-water mixture.
