Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. In Russian, the dish's name translates as "uncomplicated, simple." Although I would rate the recipe's difficulty as medium, by following the instructions and choosing the right ingredients, you'll succeed. Be sure to try it. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. In a small saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add finely chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring. Then add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

2. After that, pour in the wine. Simmer over low heat for 4 minutes, until the volume is reduced by half.

3. Then add tomatoes, cut into small cubes, to the pot. Pour in 1 cup of water and the marinade. Also add pepper, a spoonful of salt, sugar, and oregano. Add 7 sprigs of thyme. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cut the fish fillet into 1.5 cm cubes. Place them on a baking sheet. Pour olive oil on top and add salt.
