
Cheeseburger soup with minced meat
Description
It's hard to get kids to eat a first course: they pick out ingredients or simply refuse to try it. I assure you, they'll eat this soup right away and even ask for seconds. The dish is very filling and delicious. You can prepare it in a multicooker or a regular pot. Serve the soup hot, garnished with cheese. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. Wash and peel the vegetables: dice the potatoes into small cubes, chop the celery and onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and finely chop the garlic.

2. In a saucepan, heat a tablespoon of butter, add the minced meat and fry until cooked, then transfer to a plate.

3. Return the pot to the heat and add the butter, then add the onion, carrot, celery, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté until softened, then add the flour and stir to combine.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and milk, bring to a boil, then add the potatoes and cook until tender.

5. Mix the ground meat, cheese grated on a coarse grater, salt, and pepper. Add to the pot after the potatoes are cooked, stir, and cook until the cheese melts. Adjust salt and spices to taste; if the soup is too thick, add broth.
