
Cheddar broccoli cream soup

1. In a pan, sauté the onion in butter over medium heat until semi-transparent.

2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and add to the pan for 2 minutes, stirring the onions and carrots with a spatula.

3. Finely chop the broccoli and add it to the pan to simmer for 10 minutes.

4. In a separate container, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add the flour and mix with a spatula.
