1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly, and soak the peas and lentils in water for several minutes.

2. Cook lentils and peas together with a celery stalk cut in half. It's better to add lentils first, then celery, and once it comes to a boil, add the peas.

3. While the lentils and peas are on the stove, prepare the ribs, cut them into pieces of arbitrary size, and add them to the pot after about half an hour.
