
Chicken chowder
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Chowder is a very filling and vibrant soup. Thanks to the hot pepper, it turns out spicy and fragrant. You can adjust the selection of vegetables to your taste, but the vegetable mix should be diverse and colorful. Cream and flour make the broth thicker. Serve the soup hot.

Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare chicken broth. Place the chicken in cold water. Bring to a boil and remove the foam that forms. Cook until the chicken is done. For flavor, add salt, bay leaf, and carrot to the broth.

Sauté onion and carrot in butter.

Add the corn after 7-10 minutes.

Add hot and bell pepper to the saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
