with pork
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I love "Caesar" both in its classic version and with new twists. I've tried different variations of this salad: with shrimp, ham, bacon, but this one interested me the most. Pork goes very well with all the Caesar ingredients. The salad turns out to be very filling thanks to the two types of meat, yet not too heavy due to the large amount of vegetables. Try making "Caesar" with pork and see for yourself. Can be served immediately.

Step 1

Prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream with mustard, then add crushed garlic. For extra flavor, you can add 1-2 pickled gherkins. You may blend the sauce in a blender until smooth. Add some chopped herbs. A little lemon juice can also be added. Mix well!

Step 2

To make croutons, cut the bread into cubes—the more even the cubes, the better. Place the bread on a baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10–15 minutes. You can season the croutons with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Wash the chicken breast under cold running water, then dry it with a towel. Cut into small pieces and fry in oil on a skillet on both sides. You can season with a small amount of soy sauce.

Step 4

Wash the pork under cold water and dry it. Cut the pork into small cubes. Heat a pan with oil and fry the pork on both sides. Season the pork with salt and pepper. The main thing is not to over-salt!

Boil the eggs in salted water. Cook the eggs hard for about 10 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Place a couple of lettuce leaves on a plate and drizzle a little sauce over them.
