Description

The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Rib broth is a tasty and nutritious dish, and most importantly, it's low in calories. Of course, to achieve just such a result, it must be prepared properly. The recipe for rib broth is easy, but the process requires a bit of attention. In my family, my daughter is a big fan of this broth. She pours it into a large mug, grabs a handful of croutons, and heads off to her computer. As for the meat on the ribs, it goes to my husband and son — they love gnawing meat off the bones. Let me tell you how to make rib broth delicious and aromatic. 1. Wash the ribs, trim off excess fat, and cut into small pieces. 2. Pour water into a pot, add the ribs, and place over high heat to boil. Do not cover the pot with a lid!!! 3. Most importantly—don't miss the moment when it starts to boil, then immediately reduce the heat to a minimum! As foam appears on the surface, skim it off with a ladle. 4. Once the foam stops forming, add salt to the broth, along with half a peeled onion and half a carrot. 5. Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the broth for one to one and a half hours, until the meat is tender and easily separates from the bone. 6. Finely chop the remaining onion and carrot and lightly sauté them in vegetable or butter. 7. Remove the boiled onion and carrot from the broth—they are no longer needed. Add the sautéed onion and carrot to the finished broth and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes. 8. Taste the broth and add more salt if needed. Serve garnished with fresh herbs. May everything turn out perfectly for you. Pour into bowls and serve.
