Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken broth can replace fever-reducing medicine and also serves as a wonderful base for any soup, sauce, or stew. You can prepare broth in advance and store it in the refrigerator; some even freeze it by pouring into ice cube trays. This is a very healthy dish suitable for everyone, even young children. Prepare as follows: 1. Rinse the meat and place it into the multicooker bowl. 2. Peel the onion and carrot, then cut the carrot into large pieces. Add the vegetables to the meat. 3. Add spices and salt to taste, as well as a bay leaf. 4. Pour in cold water, set the stewing mode, and cook for 1.5 hours. 5. Once the meat is cooked, strain the broth. Finely chop the meat and return it to the broth; discard the vegetables. Delicious and healthy chicken broth in the multicooker is ready. The soup is ready to serve.
