Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins until cooked (lightly salt the water). Hard-boil the eggs (8–10 minutes after boiling). Finely chop the onion and, if desired, marinate it in a mixture of water and vinegar (1:1).
- 2
Step 2

Cut the boiled sausage into small cubes, and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes of the same size.
- 3
Step 3

Finely dice the eggs and pickled cucumbers (you can also use fresh ones). Add the canned peas and chopped marinated (or fresh) onion to the bowl with the other ingredients.
- 4
Step 4

Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix well.
- 5
Step 5

The "Olivier" salad is ready. Let it steep for a while.
- 6
Step 6

Make cuts in the buns and remove the insides to create hollows that we will fill with salad.
- 7
Step 7

Place a few tablespoons of Olivier salad into each bun, and garnish the top with a sprig of parsley or dill. That's it—Olivier salad-stuffed buns are ready! They can be confidently served individually to guests.
