Beef buehler
Description
Perfect for lunch. Buhler made from beef is best prepared outdoors, but you can also make it at home on the stove. For this, you'll need a large pot so that the water doesn't evaporate during cooking. Estimate right away how many people will be eating the buhler and chop the meat accordingly. Everyone should get a generous portion of meat! Instead of beef, you can use lamb or pork for the buhler. Good luck, and serve the soup hot.
