Borscht with sorrel in a multicooker

60 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Sorrel is usually used for green borscht, but you can simply add it to regular borscht, and it will become even more vibrant. For preparing sorrel borscht in a multicooker, you can use either frozen or fresh sorrel. By the way, instead of tomato paste, you can make tomato purée from fresh tomatoes and add it.
