Borscht with apples
Description
Borscht with apples is an original first course dish with a bright, rich color and flavor. Apples are used in the vegetable sauté and give the borscht a pleasant tangy aroma. Use any meat for the broth, but chicken cooks the fastest. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
