Borscht with bacon
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's as simple as possible—no need to spend hours cooking broth or frying vegetables separately. The flavor comes from the tomato sauce, which is slightly spicy thanks to hot pepper. It also contains onion, sunflower oil, and spices. But the most prominent flavor and aroma come from bacon fried with garlic. You can garnish the borscht with fresh herbs or add dried aromatic herbs—choose according to your taste. Ladle into bowls and serve.
