Ukrainian Borscht the Best

Description

Hearty and aromatic soup. There are many nuances in preparing borscht, and much depends on your personal taste. Many like to add sauerkraut to borscht to give it a sharper, tangy flavor, while others season it with sugar for a milder taste. The same goes for cabbage. I prefer it to be a bit firmer, so I cook it for a short time. Many housewives prefer a softer version, so they add cabbage together with potatoes. By the way, you can use canned beans. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
