Cooking borscht from sauerkraut in a multicooker is quite simple. First, you need to peel and wash all the vegetables. Grate the carrots on a grater, chop the onion into thin half-rings or small cubes. Set the multicooker to the "Frying" mode and sauté the onion and carrots in vegetable oil.

Peel the beets and grate them. Add to the multicooker and sauté for a few minutes, then add tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Once the vegetables have simmered, add sauerkraut, a pinch of sugar, and salt.

We wash the ribs and also put them into the multicooker. We peel the potatoes, cut them into convenient pieces, add them to the multicooker, and season with spices. We add water and set the "Soup" mode for 1 hour. After the allotted time, we sprinkle the borscht with chopped herbs and let it steep for 15 minutes. The sour cabbage borscht is ready.
