Description

The recipe won't take much time. Be sure to chill the crepes before slicing. Never mix warm ingredients with cold ones in salads, as this causes salads to spoil quickly. Serve immediately.

    Thoroughly mix the eggs with flour and butter, add salt, and whisk until smooth. Cook 3-4 pancakes on a well-heated skillet. Let cool.

    Cut the sausage into thin strips. Dice the cucumbers and peppers. Chop the onion and drain the canned corn. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
