
Pumpkin biscuit
Description
This pumpkin bisque is incredibly easy and simple to prepare! And the aromas while it's cooking—unbelievable! Just add fresh rosemary to sautéed onion and garlic, then your favorite wine… mmm! You'll have a line forming at the dinner table. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Step 1

Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables: cut pumpkin and onion into small cubes, garlic into thin slices, and peppers into rings. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, a sprig of rosemary, and chili pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until the onion becomes soft. If fresh rosemary is not available, use dried rosemary instead.

Pour in the wine and simmer with the lid open for 10 minutes.

Add the chopped pumpkin, pour in the hot chicken broth, and bring the soup to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the pumpkin becomes tender (about 20 minutes).

Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Add lemon juice and season with salt.
