Description
This soup will delight you with its creamy texture and rich flavor. The chunks of chicken and potatoes turn into a perfect puree, while the addition of processed cheese gives the soup a creamy note. You can use chicken fillet from any part, but choose only high-quality processed cheese so it dissolves completely. This is an ideal option for a cozy family lunch or dinner.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making white soup. Rinse the chicken, peel and wash the potatoes.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, pour cold water over it, and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 25–30 minutes until cooked through, skimming off the foam.

Finely chop the onion and place it in a clean saucepan.

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes and place them on top of the onion.

Transfer the chicken to the vegetables and pour the strained broth into the pot.

Place the pot over medium heat and cook for 15–20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Reduce the heat and add the processed cheese to the soup. Simmer over low heat, stirring, until the cheese has completely dissolved.

Remove the pot from the heat and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Return the pot to the heat, bring the soup to a boil, then immediately remove from the heat.
