Description
Perfect for lunch. White ukha is very easy and quick to prepare. Add millet if desired. Either way, you'll get a fragrant, healthy, and delicious soup. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the ingredients for making fish soup.

Rinse the fish and place it in a pot. Pour water over it.

Bring the fish and water to a boil, then reduce the heat and skim off the foam. Simmer the broth over the lowest heat with the pot lid slightly ajar for 25–30 minutes.

Then remove the fish from the pot and strain the broth. Cut the potatoes and add them to the broth.

Cut the carrots and onions into arbitrary pieces and place them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Sauté the vegetables until the onions become translucent.

Then place in the pot with the potatoes. Cook the fish soup for 15 minutes.

Rinse the millet and add it to the soup. Add bay leaf, salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
