Description

The recipe won't take much time. White okroshka will refresh you on a summer day, providing coolness and satiety. In spring, you can add radish, celery stalks, and other fresh herbs. Remember to chill both the kefir and ingredients beforehand. Serve the soup cold.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the potatoes and chicken eggs in advance, then cool them in ice water.
