Description
The recipe won't take much time. Traditional Armenian okroshka (or matsnabrdosh) is made with matzoon, but we'll replace it with kefir or sour milk. It is often served in glasses and consumed as a refreshing drink. In this okroshka recipe, bread is used. Serve the soup hot.
