Eintopf

Description

The soup is easy and quick to prepare. I want to share a wonderful recipe with you. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

   Cut the meat into cubes, place it in a pot, add 1.5 cups of water and oil. Bring to a boil. Cook the meat for 15 minutes.

   Meanwhile, peel and coarsely chop the vegetables.

   Transfer the vegetables to the meat, add spices, and pour in water until the vegetables are completely covered.

   Boil for 45 minutes. After turning off, let it steep for 10 minutes. Then serve.
