Beef sorrel soup
Description
Beef and sorrel soup takes quite a long time to prepare, like all delicious soups made with beef broth. To make the soup as tasty, juicy, and rich as possible, it's essential to cook the broth properly. So remember this: to get a clear and flavorful broth, you need to simmer for at least 1.5 hours. The older the beef, the longer it needs to cook. First, place the beef in cold water. Second, bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat so the beef barely simmers. Skim off the foam. Once all the foam has been removed, reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for about another hour. This way, the broth will turn out beautifully clear. It's simple! Try preparing it according to this recipe and leave your feedback. Good luck! Serve the soup hot.
