2. First, rinse the lentils and let them drain completely.

3. Peel and chop the onion and carrot.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, wash and dry the mushrooms, then chop them.

5. Combine all ingredients, mix and distribute into pots. Add salt, spices to taste, and soy sauce if desired.

6. For added aroma, you can place a bay leaf on top. Pour in clean water, cover with lids, and place the pots in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.

7. The soup should be cooked for about 40-55 minutes, depending on the quality of the lentils. Before serving, you can pour it into a bowl and optionally garnish with fresh herbs or sour cream, for example.
