Creamy Fish Soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. This creamy fish soup is easy to prepare! First, make a fish broth. To do this, place a generous piece of salmon into boiling water and cook for 15–20 minutes. Second, prepare a sautéed vegetable mixture, adding cream to it. The higher the cream fat content, the tastier the soup will be! Third, poach shrimp in the fish broth (very quickly), then add the sautéed mixture and pieces of salmon. Your soup is ready. Good luck, and serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
